"Refund took a little while, but it was fine"
The cancellation policy was clear, clear enough that I knew what to expect. The refund did take a bit longer than I hoped, but it eventually came through, so overall it was okay.

"Teacher support was decent, just kinda slow sometimes"
My experience with teacher support at IMG Academy was mixed. Some of the teachers were actually helpful and checked in when I asked clear questions, so I’ll give them credit for that.

But a few of them were total slowpokes with replies, and I felt like I had to keep chasing people down like a broken record. It wasn’t terrible overall, but for the price, the support should be way more consistent.

"Made a real difference for my son"
I figured we might see a little improvement over the summer, but I didn’t expect it to be this noticeable. By the end, my son looked stronger, was moving faster, and just seemed more confident overall.

"The camp was super organized. Everything started..."
The camp was super organized. Everything started on time, and the kids always seemed to know where they were supposed to be going, which was nice because... yeah, it just made the whole thing feel really easy.

"The soccer training actually made a difference, right?"
I’ve been doing the soccer training drills for a bit, i feel like my game has improved. My touches feel cleaner and I’m reacting faster during games. Maybe it’s just me, but I really think the drills are paying off.

"Billing could be a little clearer"
I had my sister look it over with me, and we both felt the fees weren’t explained very clearly. The service was okay, but the billing details could definitely be easier to understand...

"Just a heads up for anyone planning..."
Just a heads up for anyone planning to go through admissions here, the process was okay overall, but it was definitely slower than I expected. Nothing was terrible, but be prepared to wait longer than you might think

"Really good team vibe with friends"
It’s just got a really good vibe, you know? Everyone kind of pushes you to do better, but in a supportive way, not like overly intense or anything. It really does feel like being around friends, almost like a little family

"Really glad we tried IMG"
I was impressed with IMG Academy. My kid had a great time, and right away I noticed the coach-to-athlete ratio felt way better than I expected. It didn’t seem overcrowded, and he was actually getting real feedback during drills, which made me think, okay, this is worth it. A couple sessions did feel a little busy, but compared to other camps we’ve tried, this was definitely a step up overall.

"Felt like they really got my kid"
I was happy with how much the coaches noticed. They weren’t just running the whole group through the same thing — they actually paid attention to what my kid needed. Even the little stuff got picked up on, and it made a bigger difference than I expected.

"Helpful mindset work, with a few small bumps"
We tried IMG Academy’s mental performance coaching for my son, the parts that stuck with me were the simple ones. The coach was easy for him to talk to and gave him a few things to use before games, like breathing, staying present, and not letting one bad play turn into five. I can’t remember every drill or detail at this point, but I do remember him seeming a little calmer out there, which was the main thing we wanted.

It definitely wasn’t some instant fix, and I do remember scheduling being kind of a pain here and there. A couple sessions also felt like they covered the same ground, though maybe that was part of the process. Overall, I’d still say it was a good experience and worth considering if your kid tends to get stuck in their own head during games.

"My kid has had a pretty..."
My kid has had a good experience overall. The student life is active, and people seem genuinely welcoming, which has made a big difference. Some days do feel really packed and a little overwhelming... but that’s probably just part of having so many opportunities around. Overall, my kid likes the community and feels comfortable there

"Professional coaches and a really solid experience"
We had a good experience at IMG Academy, especially with the coaches. They were professional, easy to talk to, and gave my kid feedback in a way that was clear without being overwhelming. We’ve done other camps/programs before where the coaching felt either too intense or not very personal, so this was a nice balance.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars is that the schedule felt a little rushed at times, and communication could’ve been a bit faster. That said, the coaching staff seemed to genuinely care, and my kid came away feeling respected and like they actually learned a lot.

"Good coaches, just wish there was more time"
The coaches were really solid and seemed to know what they were doing. I just felt like some of the sessions were a bit rushed, so there wasn’t always much room to slow down or improve on things

"Pretty good overall, but communication could be better"
From what other parents were saying, IMG seems like a solid place overall. The one thing that stood out was the communication with parents. Sometimes the updates were clear and helpful, and other times it felt like you had to follow up a few times to get an answer. Not a huge problem, just... it would be better if it was more consistent.

"A bit too much for my kid..."
It started off okay, but the workload piled up really fast... soon my kid was feeling overwhelmed and stressed trying to keep up.

"Food was honestly better than I expected"
I’ll admit, I kind of assumed the food would be the usual school or camp-style stuff, but it was actually really good. There were plenty of options, and everything I tried tasted fresh. My son was happy with it too, which says a lot. I guess I was a little too quick to judge.

"Pretty good, just a little disorganized"
My kid actually enjoyed the training. The campus was nice too, no complaints there. But yeah... the communication could’ve been better. Sometimes schedules changed or weren’t super clear, and it got a bit frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience at all. Just felt like it could’ve been smoother for what we expected

"Felt really comfortable with their medical team"
I was reassured by how IMG looked after my kid. The trainers checked in regularly, took stretching and recovery seriously, and when there was a minor ankle issue, they handled it quickly and calmly. It didn’t feel like they were just trying to get players back out there as fast as possible, which I really appreciated as a parent. Overall, it made me feel a lot more comfortable, and I’d say it’s definitely something other parents may want to consider.

"Nice campus, but the facilities fell a bit short"
The campus does look really nice from the outside, and I wanted to be impressed. Once I got inside though, some of the equipment felt a little worn down and not as maintained as I expected. A few areas were crowded too, and the locker room could definitely be cleaner — although to be fair, it wasn’t awful or anything. For the price, I just thought everything would feel a bit more modern and put together. Not a terrible experience, just a little disappointing.
